Lead coach

Peggy Mann, CEC, Principal

I am a Certified Executive Coach with 25 years of experience leading strategic, people-centered change inside complex systems. All my life I have walked in the space between what's intended and what actually happens.


That is what drew me to coaching. I walk beside leaders, help them see their context clearly, and find their footing on the path.


As a coach, I have a deep commitment to mastery. I am enrolled in Royal Roads University's Masters of Executive and Organizational Coaching (June 2028) and am the President-Elect for the Calgary Chapter of the International Coaching Federation. 


Through The Mann Group, I build relational partnerships with leaders who are carrying good work so it reaches the people it is meant for.  We work exclusively with human services organizations outside the health sector.

 The Mann Group works with a small bench of certified coaches who bring complementary experience to engagements where additional capacity strengthens the work. 

Greg Stephenson, CEC

 Greg Stephenson brings 20 years of nonprofit leadership and firsthand experience building his own businesses to his coaching practice. His approach is direct, pragmatic, and grounded in genuine curiosity. He meets leaders where they are and stays with them until something real emerges.

Land Acknowledgement

As the Principal of The Mann Group, I live and work in Calgary, Alberta. 

It's a city I've called home for a long time, on land that has been home to others for far longer.


This is the traditional territory of the Blackfoot Confederacy: the Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani Nations, as well as the Tsuut'ina Nation, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, and the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3. This land carries their history and has been in their care for generations.


I am still learning what it means to be a settler on Treaty territory and recognize that will be ongoing. That understanding shapes how I try to work: with humility about what I don't know, with respect for ways of being that predate my own, and a belief that good work is always in relationship.
