MCG Executive and Organizational Coaching is a present and future-focused thought partnership that supports leaders and teams to harness their curiosity, develop new insights and 

achieve their goals. 

Coaching is a unique modality and is distinct from consulting, therapy, and mentorship.
 

MCG Coaching is a powerful tool for any leader or team who is ready to harness their creativity and

unlock their potential. 

Leaders may choose to engage an MCG Executive Coaching for individual leadership development and/or to support Organizational Coaching with their team. 

MCG Coaching offers a individuals or teams a unique opportunity to feel safe, seen, heard and understood as they lean into their curiosity and explore new potential. Our coaches provide deep listening, insightful observations and thoughtful inquiry to support your journey of self-discovery and growth. Through coaching, you can learn new ways of acting, thinking and being, leading to meaningful and lasting change. 

 MCG Coaching conversations are usually 30 or 60 minutes long, and take place via a video-call, phone call, or in-person in Calgary, Alberta.  

Each session starts with a commitment to confidentiality and questions about how you'd like to invest your time. Sessions closes by inviting you to identify your learning shifts and next steps. 

All MCG coaches are members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and abide by their Code of Ethics, which outlines the core values, ethical principles and standards of behaviour for coaches, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality.  The ICF Code of Ethics ensures that the coaching relationship is safe, respectful and supportive. 

Sessions are between 30 and 60 minutes, usually every 2 or 3 weeks. Engagements may be short or long-term, depending on your goals. For instance, we may work together for 2 or 3 months on single goal, or longer for a more complex set of goals. Some clients enjoy a longer-term relationship to support ongoing growth.
