I'm a "let's lean in" coach—committed, present, and ready to do the work with you. Our time together matters, and I’m here to help you make the most of it. This space is always safe, even if it’s not always comfortable. Together, we’ll meet your growing edges with compassion, curiosity, and courage. Every step we take is in service to deeper alignment and lasting confidence. 

 My coaching is deeply present, curious and grounded. Together, we’ll feel all the feels—and move through them to insight and clarity. We'll use somatics to tune into your body's knowing, and leverage neuroscience to rewire your brain for your highest good. I'll help you tap into your deepest inner knowing—where your truth and next steps become clear.

What Got You Here Won’t Get You There.

I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m hear to stand beside you, challenge your thinking, and sit with you in the discomfort until we co-create insights that don’t come from a script—and sure as hell don’t come from a Google search.

My coaching is grounded in radical candor, curiosity, and trust, stirred up with a healthy dose of creative tension and a whole lot of intentionality. 

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about meeting you exactly where you are and getting real about what it will take to evolve.

Growth lives in the space where safety and challenge collide—where vulnerability isn’t a buzzword, it’s a tool. I call it intentional vulnerability: the courageous, conscious decision to show up fully, speak what’s real, and stretch past what’s familiar.

I bring lightness, fun, and the occasional f-bomb to this work. We’ll go deep, we’ll laugh hard.  What we won’t do is coaching in a can. If you’re looking for something pre-packaged, politely distant, and entirely forgettable, keep scrolling.
